1. You and Us
By purchasing or sending content or simply by browsing, you are entering into a legal agreement with Jeego, which is the trading name for Sharpcards Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales with registered offices at 306 Westbourne Studios, London W10 5JJ, United Kingdom. In so doing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the following terms.
2. Privacy and security
2.1.
Jeego is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information collected from you in accordance with the UK's Data Protection Act 1998 or as legally obliged by UK Government authorities.
2.2.
We will not divulge your information to any third party now or at any time in the future without first asking for your permission. You can check and change any information that we hold by checking Settings.
2.3.
Occasionally, we may send emails or text messages to you. For instance:
- Newsletters. We will send you details of new releases and new features of our site.
- Reminders. If you ask us to remind you of birthdays or other dates.
- Renewal reminders. For members we will send you renewal reminders.
- Admin.
In addition, we will of course reply to your help requests, and we may send you miscellaneous administrative correspondence - password reminders, confirmation of payment and so on.
You can always opt not to receive any messages by using the Settings page. Please allow up to 5 days for processing.
2.4.
Please note that under this Agreement you consent to the storing of your information (principally membership information, history of content sent and any information submitted by you) in the United Kingdom and Ireland. The storage and processing of your information will be in compliance with applicable international laws.
2.5.
In order to improve the service offered to you, we may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to Jeego to help personalise the content displayed. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser.
3. Intellectual property rights
3.1.
All content and materials on this site are protected by copyright and are owned or controlled by Jeego or the parties credited in the copyright notices. You may not exploit them in any way other than as provided for in this Agreement.
3.2.
You agree that any copy of the content that you make or have in your possession shall be unaltered and shall retain all copyright and other proprietary notices as contained therein.
4. Payment
4.1.
In order to use Jeego's services, you may be required to pay a fee and this will be made clear to you at the time.
4.2.
You may pay by various ways, including credit card or PayPal. Please be aware that some credit cards cannot be used for international payments.
4.3.
You may cancel at any time by deleting the application or by contacting us as appropriate.
5. Use of Jeego
5.1.
Jeego publishes content which may be viewed, sent to others or downloaded. For the purposes of this agreement Jeego grants to you a limited licence to use such content and other features of the site as are from time to time and at Jeego's sole discretion made available to you.
5.2.
In order to use Jeego's services, you may be required to select a password to be used in conjunction with your mobile phone number. You must not disclose this password to others or permit others to use your password.
5.3.
You must ensure that any phone number given is correct and valid.
5.4.
Jeego may feature links to third-party sites. These may appear in the form of text links, advertisements, banners or otherwise. The goods and services available through these links are offered by independent companies, which are not affiliated in any way with Jeego. Jeego makes no representations as to the quality, fitness, workmanship, value, appropriateness, or reliability of the content available or the solvency or financial viability of any advertiser. Jeego will not reimburse or indemnify you for any losses you may incur as a result of transactions with any Jeego advertiser.
5.5.
Jeego allows you to create your own content by uploading your own photos, artwork and other materials. If you do so, you are subject to the conditions outlined in these terms. When you upload photos and/or images to the site you are indicating that you own the photo and/or image and/or have full rights to its use.
5.6.
Jeego makes no representation that the content on this site is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the European Union, North America, Australia or New Zealand. Accessing it from territories where content is illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access Jeego from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
5.7.
You may not use Jeego to send content to mailing lists or to send unsolicited bulk or commercial messages. The use of computer programs which automate the process of sending or viewing any content is strictly prohibited. Jeego reserves the right to limit, in its sole discretion and without prior notice to you, the number of messages that you may send and/or the number of recipients to which you send.
5.8.
Jeego endeavours to ensure that any piece of content is transmitted in perfect condition and arrives successfully at its destination. However occasionally items may be corrupted in their transmission or, for reasons outside Jeego's control, may fail to arrive with the intended recipient. While Jeego is not responsible in these instances, it will use all reasonable endeavours to rectify any problem as quickly as possible. On notification, Jeego will endeavour to acknowledge within 2 working days and to resolve any complaints within 7 days. Please note that your rights in accordance with these terms and conditions are in addition to any other statutory rights you may have.
6. General
6.1.
All content at Jeego is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.
6.2.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement in respect of the use of Jeego, its content and the services offered. We may vary these terms and conditions from time to time without notice and you should therefore check them on a regular basis.
6.3.
If any of these terms and conditions are found to be invalid this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which shall remain fully enforceable. No waiver by us of any term shall be deemed to be continuing or shall be deemed to be a waiver of any other term.
6.4.
If any of the rules contained in the Agreement or any future changes to the Agreement are not acceptable to you, you should cancel your licence. Your continued use of the site now, or following the posting of any changes to this Agreement, will indicate acceptance by you of such changes.
6.5.
These terms and conditions will be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
